About Us:
I started in real estate through an investment standpoint. I originally only obtained my license because I wanted to have a foot up on other investors in the area on new properties that were hitting the market, but what I soon found out was that having my real estate licence and being a Realtor gave me an opportunity to work with both buyers and sellers and have a major impact on their lives. I believe for most people, the home you live in is one of the top three decisions you make in your life and they are mixed with who you marry and live with and starting a family. I truly feel blessed to have started in this profession and look forward to the opportunity of working with new buyers and sellers every day.
Areas of Expertise
As a real estate investor I can help with the location of positive cash flow properties, but my heart is working with both buyers and sellers of single family homes. It feels more personal to me and like I'm helping someone achieve their goals. I've also sold new construction and developments and raw land as well.
