A Little Information on Mora Minnesota Super Agent, Joslyn Panka
Let's start with a little history. I orginally started in real estate as a receptionist, and I had really wanted the job because I thought that being a real estate agent might be the career for me. After watching the other agents and absorbing everything that they did, I finally knew it was right for me, and started classes. After passing my test with flying colors, I picked out my desk and got to work. I had two listings by the second week of having my license, and it's only gotten better from there.
Other than real estate, I love to write. I've done that all my life, and have a goal to get a novel published before I die. I love to fish and camp, and I've recently discovered biking - especially on Mora's great bike trails. I'm also a bit of a homebody, and love to spend time at my home in Mora, Minnesota just relaxing. I really love interior projects like painting, but don't have much time for that kind of thing. It's a slow process for me. One room at a time.

I personally specialize in a lot of different areas, but I can definitely narrow it down to my best skills. I am great with first time homebuyers. Having been through the process myself and not having any idea what I was doing, I made it my own personal goal to make sure that never happened to any of my clients. I do my best to explain EVERYTHING so that you understand what you are getting into. The last thing I want is for you to say at ANY time down the road "I wish Joslyn would have explained this" or "Why didn't Joslyn tell us that?". I take my experience and turn it around so that I can help you be as confident in your purchase as possible.
I also consider foreclosures one of my fortes. Whether you are looking to buy one or are in any situation that involves a foreclosure in Minnesota, I can answer your questions. I spend a lot of time studying the subject, and I love to work hard to help sellers and clients in good times and bad. I can map out the whole process for you, and show you what will happen if you try for a short sale, or simply are trying to sell after the redemption period.
As far as geographically, I cover all of Minnesota, but my areas of specialty are Kanabec County real estate, Pine County real estate, Mille Lacs County real estate, Aitkin County real estate, Isanti County real estate, and Chisago County real estate.

This job is my full time job, and I am available Monday through Friday and most Saturdays and Sundays, unless I am on appointments. Feel free to stop by our office anytime on Union Street in Mora.
Along with my internet marketing, I also produce flyers and mailings in the area. I compose slideshows for internet websites on my listings, and promote them with bulletins, e-mails, and agent flyers. Marketing is also something I love to do, and I try to do an amazing job on all my marketing materials.
Besides all the things mentioned above, I have personal traits that I can offer you as a buyer or seller. I am determined and motivated. Being young is a plus - I'm energetic and driven.
