I am Realtor serving Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced counties in the central valley of California.  I am a life long resident of the area.  I was the co-founder of Bagel Junction in Turlock and Modesto.

I had to find another realtor to sell my home and had come across Jim Patton just by chance. The home had already been up for short sale for nearly a year when I hired him. This home was on the chopping block and scheduled for foreclosure. Was unable to make much progress with the banks before Jim came along. He got the home sold in a short sale before the New Year . I dont normally write reviews but thought this was necessary, He did a superb job. Things were looking pretty bleak , but it all worked out .
