My Experience:
Licensed in 1995, I have been associated with RE/MAX since 1996. With my team partner Al Leonard we established RE/MAX Valley Real Estate of Boardman in 2000, where I serve as co-ownerr, vice-president and principle broker. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from John Carroll University, a Master of Science degree from Ohio State, and was awarded a Ph.D. in Animal Parasitology from the University of Michigan. I achieved my broker's license in 2000; and hold the national designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Broker),CSP (New Home Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) as well as the e-PRO certificate.

In a small market such we have in the Mahoning Valley a REALTOR must learn to wear many hats, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals in residential, investment, and commercial real estate. Although our office is in Boardman, Ohio, we list and sell throughout the Mahoning Valley- Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana Counties, Ohio.
My team partner, Al Leonard and I, are known in our Valley as the HomeTeam and are partners in REMAX Valley Real Estate. We specialize in listing and selling all types of residential real estate. Al is particularly fond of Buyer Representation, while I tend to gravitate to the listing side. Both Al and I have been ABR certified since 2002.
Al and I have learned the investment side of real estate the hard way, by doing it ourselves. We use our experience and "mistakes" to guide and instruct investors both old and new.
