Before Homes of Westchester was David Endres Realty Group Ltd.. David Endres, was an Independently Owned Company. JP Endres Fein is the Broker Owner. The firm was opened in the 1980's by David Endres, JP's brother who passed away in 1992. Since then JP has carried on her brothers dream of serving our clients needs. We are one of the few remaining Medium sized Independent Offices in lower Westchester. Our size it what makes us different and allows us to maximize our services offered to our clients. President and Principal Broker since 1992, and licensed since 1989, JP has the knowledge and experience you can trust. Having lived in Westchseter County her entire life, and growing up in Scarsdale, she has an understanding of the communities and all they have to offer in lower Westchester. Being hands on daily in her office allows her to be an integral part of agents transcations and our committment of unsurpassed service to our clients.
JP's involvement in real estate extends to several organizations and memberships. She is currently running for the NYSAR 2010 Secretary treasurer position. Committed, Energetic, Passionate, and Experienced. A new voice of real estate with years of experience and knowledge.
She holds membership in the National Association of Realtors(NAR), the New York State (NYSAR) and Westchester County Boards of Realtors. JP serves as Chairperson of the Organizational Planning Committee of NYSAR, and chaired the Professional Standards Committee and MLS Committee. She also serves on the NAR Professional Standards Committee.
During her tenure she has served on over 100c ommitties among all three organizations.
