Thank you very much for your services.  I must say I'm impressed with your level of knowledge and professionalism you carry to the work environment.  These are both great qualities and it should be recognized.  Awesome job.  

I have gone over the report, and everything you have pointed out will be strongly advised.  Thankfully, there isn't anything catastrophic here, but there are a few things that mildly concern me.  (e.g. "laundry area", wiring discrepancies, and the lack of smoke alarms.)  And the funny thing is .. I never noticed there wasn't a rail on the staircase.  Too funny.  Anyhow, I will bring these items up with Kara and go from there.

Again, great work.  It was our pleasure working with you today and if you don't mind; I'd like to recommend you to others.  Please advise otherwise.
