Hi Jodi,   Just a note from two of your biggest fans and believers.  We closed on our house this afternoon.  It was the first person who looked at it.  If you remember, we had two showings; then two contracts...woo hoo.   Even at the closing, the realtor for the buyers commented that ours was the cleanest house she had ever seen.  We know we are not THAT clean but everything you said to do made all of the difference.  We even kept it staged up to the walk through last night so nothing would deter them.   The buyers were very sweet...the wife said she wanted to know how we kept it like that all the time...     I didn't have the heart to tell her that the look was mainly staging and that in reality we were pretty cluttered and messy.   Either way, thanks again!   We are behind you 100%.
