Being in the industry since the age of 22, I have worked on various scenarios from 1st time homebuyer's to A+++ credit and even foreclosure loans.  I will say that I can not close every loan, but my expertise comes in to play when you need a financial expert in the mortgage industry to help guide you down a path of prosperiety.  You see I work to build relationships, I want to help guide you through credit challanges, market changes and even the smaller things.  Small things like tips for around the home, new recipe's and activites going on throughout the community.
