Re-Design
Many homeowners understand the benefits of home staging but are afraid of the costs. Let us help by utilizing what they already have. We will refresh the homeowner's look and determine a layout to help maximize each room's square footage. Creating an inviting and appealing look is often as easy as de-cluttering and eliminating extra furnishings. Does the homeowner need new paint colors? Let us save them time and stress by getting it right the first time. Our re-design package is quick, affordable and extremely beneficial.

Vacant Homes with Furniture Rental
We offer a free initial consultation where we evaluate the home and determine which rooms will most benefit from staging. Our home staging services encompass everything from paint colors to flooring, lighting, finishes, appliances, etc. After all measurements are taken, we then prepare a design proposal for the interior and exterior of the home. Our design proposal includes floorplans and pricing to help the homeowner visualize what furniture and accessories they will need to rent.

From a complete renovation project to a quick re-design, our Interior Design services encompass it all. We offer a free initial consultation and get to know each client and their design needs. At the initial consultation we evaluate the home, explore your existing furnishings and discuss the unique design concept. Next we take measurements, develop a plan utilizing existing furnishings and shop accordingly within any budget. We specialize in coordinating furniture, accessories, flooring, fabrics, window treatments, lighting, wall finishes, etc. We work closely with subcontractors and tradespeople generating plans as necessary. Looking to update a kitchen or bath? We can assist you in spaceplanning and selection of finishes and materials. We also offer commercial design packages.
