This property received showing requests the first day it was listed.  Within a few hours of being posted online, proving the importance of first impressions!  No home should ever be photographed without being properly staged.  My personal pet peeve is looking at the trash can 90% of homeowners have in the kitchen.  It is not a decorative element and should NEVER be shown online.

Training in the arts of interior redesign and home staging.  Our hands-on workshops are held Monday-Friday, in the Twin Cities once a month.  The traveling workshops vary by demand and are held Wednesday-Friday.  Begin the interior decorating/home staging career of your dreams!

Julie has been in the design field for over twenty years.  Starting out with wall coverings and faux painting finishes before they were all the rage.  Rearranging furniture and hanging artwork upon completion of her painting projects... the story began.   After many years of helping family and friends she decided to be paid for her efforts.  Julie accepted a position with a National Retailer, completed her training and went on to become one of the Top Decorators in the Nation.

During this time she was in three homes a day, five days a week.  Julie has met with thousands of homeowners over the years.  She has seen every room shape imaginable and solved many decorating dilemmas.  "The interior redesign industry is just beginning to take off and I believe there are incredible opportunities for anyone who wants to start a business in this field."  She goes on to say "I believe that the field of Staging for Real Estate is also ready to explode.
