To my surprise, they did an awesome job. As a first time buyer, Joel handled me with kid gloves, guiding me all the way. I knew nothing in what I was doing but he made it like a cake walk. First Time Buyer Got Great Deal after a long search! | | I would like to personally thank The Joel Schmidt Team for their hard work and dedication in finding my family and I the "diamond in the rough" that we were looking so hard for. Last October was the beginning of a long and grueling search for a home. My husband and I had approximately one month to find ahome to fit our needs and our budget. With four children, a safe and reliable house with space, was difficult to find within our monthly available resources. The Joel Schmidt Team didn't simply do their jobs; they rewrote my definition of "going the extra mile!" As I looked in awe at houses that would, to any sane person, look like a pile of wood, Joel stood patiently giving advice and recommendations. I don't think I can even count how many houses within my price range that should have been bulldozed and sold for the property alone.
