About Us:

Chicago Financial Services is a mortgage banker in the river north area of Chicago. I primarily originate residential mortgages in the Chicago area. We underwrite and fund most of our loans so we have much greater control over the process than a broker does.

I just put the direct link to where clients can either do a short application or full application. It is then e-mailed to me and I will get back as soon as I can.

Areas of Expertise:

I am a member of the Mortgage Market Guide so I have access to real time trading activity on mortgage bonds. That enables me to give good advice on when it is good to lock or float.
