Crystal Point Estates is located in the middle of Gilbert on Cooper and Elliot. Home prices currently range from 1 million to 2 million. The average price per sqft is $273 on the three active listings at this time. The lake itself is a man-made waterski lake with an 11 to 1 grade, 2250 ft long and 225 wide. That grade doubled with protection of 16 homes leave this lake calm, even when it's blown out conditions. The lake features a record capable slalom and jump course that is well maintained.
