Hi Jason I was thinking about this today and I think one of your big selling points is that you are GREAT dealing with tenants in occupied homes that are listed. Even though this tenant below is difficult I am confident if you had the listing she would have been more reasonable. In the past I have had other problems too with agents in similar situations who do not respect the tenants, put them down etc to the detriment of the property owner.
