    One of the most difficult things about being active duty Navy is the frequent changing of duty stations.  For anyone who has had to go through this, they know the stress of trying to move a family to a new home.  So, in 2005, when I received my orders transferring me from a remote overseas duty station to Virginia, one of my primary concerns was finding a competent and honest real estate agent.  Where to begin? Jesse Skinner's name was brought to my attention by a mutual acquaintance as someone who I could trust to locate the type of real estate agent I was looking for.  After being told I was looking for a buyer's agent who could assist me with finding the home I wanted within a short period of time, Jesse immediately began looking for an agent who was available during the week I was in Hampton Roads.  As any military member knows, ten days of house-hunting TAD is a whirlwind of activity.   Within a few days, I received an email from Jesse with the information about a buyer's agent he found for me in the community I was looking to move to.  He knew my time was valuable and kept in frequent contact with me to ensure that I had been notified by the agent, had a date set up to look at homes and that I felt comfortable with this person.  He even contacted me while I was in Hampton Roads to inquire if I was satisfied with my agent!  Needless to say, my buyer's agent was wonderful and attentive to what I was looking for in a home.  I found a house within one day that was everything I wanted and in the school district I wanted my son to be a part of.   Jesse Skinner took the anxiety out of finding a buyer's agent and made my house-hunting experience a positive one for my family and me.
