About Jeff Stegich
Believing that time and service are one in the same, the around-the-clock attention Jeff Stegich gives his clients has become the hallmark of 15 years of real estate success. A mechanical engineer, Jeff owned and operated a remodeling business for 10 years before earning his real estate sales license in 1991. Immediately displaying his trademark integrity and resolve, Jeff was named Rookie of the Year achieving Top Honors and Top Overall Office Production in Sales and Volume. Continuing this trend, he was named Top 25 Producers Company Wide in 2005 and 2006. He was also appointed as Vice-President of Residential Sales in 2007. He recently received the SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist, designation, believing that continuous education enables him to better serve his clients.
He has since maintained top producer status by blending his techinical expertise, marketing and technology skills, and negotiating strengths to ensure that every transacton is a wise choice for his clients personally, financially and structurally. A devoted father of three, Matthew, 22, a Senior at Yale University, Emily, 19, a Freshman at New York University, and Ethan, 17, a Senior attending J.J. Pearce High School, understands today's hectic pace. Jeff and wife Kay volunteer many hours for J.J. Pearce High School, and for the last five years have been Athletic Booster Board members helping to raise money and produce the sport media guides. Jeff is also active with Habitat For Humanity, bringing his knowledge of home building to many home raisings. "It is important for me to exceed my clients' expectations in every transaction. I am not just selling a home," says Jeff, "but a neighborhood, a school and a community."

Arapaho Home Owner's Association

Knights Bridge Estates is a community that consists of 133 Landstar Homes that were built from 1995 to 1999. The neighborhood is located in Northeast Richardson at the intersection of Renner Road and Brand Road, next to the Breckinridge Park. A beautiful 417 acre city park that is within walking distance from Knights Bridge Estates. The park has picnic and playground equipment, miles of walking/biking trails, ponds, pavilions, and a gazebo next to the water.

Richardson Heights
Richardson Heights is an established neighborhood with the majority of the homes being over 50 years old. Richland Meadows
Richland Meadows is a relatively new neighborhood of about 200 homes. It is bordered by Centennial Blvd. on the north, W. Buckingham Rd. on the south, the Gulf, Colorado, & Sante Fe railroad right-of-way to the east, and Audelia Rd. on the west. It is a very attractive neighborhood that is within close proximity to Richland College, and the new DART station at Spring Valley. To make Richland Meadows an even better neighborhood, the Richland Meadows Neighborhood Association (RMNA) was formed in 1996 and within a few years this community has now become a resonant and hospitable neighborhood in which to live.
Wyndsor Estates
Wyndsor Estates is an appealing, family-focused community consisting of 465 single-family homes located in northeast Richardson. The majority of the homes were built by the Centex Corporation in the 1990's. The homes are intermingled with extensive amenities, such as a large playground and park, that surround the exemplary Plano Independent School District elementary school. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Breckenridge Park, and is a short drive from both Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard.
Yale Park
Yale Park is neighborhood full of fun and excitement located between Plano Road and Jupiter Road. There is always a neighborhood get-together and Street Parties that are filled with all the area's neighbors and the Richardson Police and Fire Departments as an added attraction.
