About Me:

Hello, I'm Julie Stockman, I grew up in Spartanburg County, Campobello-Landrum area. I worked as a Corporate Travel Consultant in Greenville SC for twelve years. Met my husband Terry, and started a building company in 1995. When we decided to have children we thought moving back to a small town would be best for raising children. (Campobello) August of 1998 Dakota was born and I was a stay at home mom. We renamed the company Dakota Building Contractors, Inc. From there we bought, sold and built affordable housing. (NC & SC) Then decided to move to Rutherfordton/Polk area in NC. (just over the state line) As a family we attend and are members of Dependent Baptist Church, in Inman SC. Dakota is a student at Grace Christian School in Landrum. With him getting older (2005)( we decided to extend the business on the other end (I went to Real Estate school). Now I've joined the team at "Blaze Realty". To act as the Upstate, Rutherfordton and Polk County Realtor/Broker. And looking forward to much success.
