For twenty-five years I ran and owned a local, prominent food service/vending company that was in my family for over fifty years. Upon the successful sale, I did a vending-related start-up and then segued into Commercial Real Estate.

My typical customer is a 'poor' millionaire who hates the volitility of the stock market, but still needs a place for their money to work. With any investment they make, it is critical that they have income, property appreciation, and control. These individuals tend to be self-made, decisive, and wonderful to work with.

My area of expertise is anything with income. My focus is directed more towards small retail but I also handle land, both Residential and Industrial, multi-family, and property management. My primary geographic area of practice is Central Miami-Dade, including Doral, Hialeah, and all parts east.
