Mr. Tippens worked for more than 20 years as a general contractor and gained expertise in all forms and styles of residential construction, from historic restoration to the most avant garde green building techniques. He has an excellent understanding of plumbing, electrical, and heating and air conditioning systems. And he has a degree in English, so he knows how to write an inspection report that clearly defines the problems a home may have.
