Jim Tress spent over 30 years in the computer sales and the computer lease financing industry. During that period Jim Tress held positions in sales and executive management with Fortune 100 companies and ended his career by owning and managing a very successful computer leasing company. Jim Tress purchased real estate in Flagstaff in 1984 and upon retirement in 1996 made Flagstaff, Arizona his home for him and his wife, Terry. After a couple years of retirement and golf, Jim grew restless and decided to start a new career marketing luxury Flagstaff real estate. The most enjoyable and rewarding aspect of his new career continues to be the number of clients that are now good Flagstaff friends and Flagstaff neighbors. In addition to golf and hiking Jim Tress enjoys skiing Flagstaff's Snowbowl and the Colorado ski resorts. Jim and Terry have also been active in the Flagstaff community participating in five major charities, Hospice, Legacy of Blessings, Child Help, American Cancer Society and the NAU Lumber Jacks. Terry Tress joined Jim in his Real Estate business in 2007 to help Jim handle the increased demand for his professional Real Estate services. Since Terry joined the team the business has inceased even more.

Jim & Terry Tress have normally specialized in the flagstaff luxury home market. The home prices in Flagstaff have risen dramaticall over the last few years and most of our Public Servents have been priced out of the home market. For 2008 Jim & Terry developed a complete program to market  affordable Flagstaff Condominiums and townhomes . This is Jim's attempt to help those that serve and protect us everyday ....
