All About Jeani

I am a second generation Texas REALTOR and licensed Broker. 

I believe in giving back to the real estate industry which I love, since I have been blessed with a successful career, great friends and rewarding opportunities.  I live at Canyon Lake in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and enjoy marketing and selling property in the Comal County area. 

I am a Mother and a Daughter.

I have one son, Jordan, who has grown up in the real estate business.  He is in Middle School, plays trombone in the band, plays tennis and is an active Boy Scout.  Jordan is my "WHY" for being in real estate and inspires me every day with his gentle spirit and compassionate nature.  I am blessed to be able to work along side my Mom.  We have spent the past 10 years running The PRO Team and in February of 2009 we went independent and started our own firm in the Texas Hill  Country.  We are a family owned and operated, full service real estate firm proudly serving the Hill Country and CanyonCasa.com Real Estate is located at Canyon Lake, Texas. 

I am a Leader and an Activist in my Industry.

I am a 2005 graduate of the Texas REALTORS Leadership Program (TRLP) at SABOR and currently serve the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of REALTORS on the TREPAC, Scholarship, Education and Public Relations committees.  I also serve TAR (Texas Association of REALTORS) on the Governmental Affairs Committee and Professional Development Management Team. 

                                         

I am passionate about Education and Service.

I have a deep commitment to education and I am a TREC Certified Core and MCE Instructor.  I also hold the designations of e-PRO (Technology Certification) and GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist) and the At Home With Diversity Certification from NAR.  I have served the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of REALTORS as a Director, Fair Housing, Technology, TREPAC and MLS committee chairs, Treasurer, President Elect as President in 2006 and NB/CLAR REALTOR of the Year for 2005.  I am a past program director for TRLP at SABOR and a past TREPAC Trustee for TAR Region 7.  My philosophy on real estate is that in order to effectively lead, one must first learn to serve others.
