When conditions dictated that I must quickly sell my condo quickly, believe me it was without much optimism that I anticipated how difficult this could be in view of the existing recession and very slow real estate market.  After interviewing two prospective real estate agents who were equally without optimism and forecast only gloomy results, conditions and bottom line, I found Jude Sandvall of Cherry Creek Properties via the internet.  I was pleased by his experience, the testamonials and also by the fact that he had a picture of his wife and kids in his ad.  After meeting with Jude, due to his positive attitude, politeness and eagerness, within 30 minutes I agreed to let him handle the sale of the property.  Jude never looked back, never doubted what he could do and had an amazing array of ways to advertise the property.  Within a day the showings started and every few days there were showings or multiple showings arranged.  In a very reasonable time, we had a contract.  Jude was also invaluable during the repairs agreed upon after the inspection, he arranged workmen who completed the tasks very efficiently.  Jude was always helpful, knew his job extremely well, kept me informed every step of the way and was very professional.
