Team Tuscano is a husband and wife team. We have been married for 38 years. Buyers and Sellers get two REALTORS for the price of one with us. We work together with most of our clients and customers so if for some reason one of us is unavailable due to another commitment, meeting, illness, etc. then the other is available to help answer questions, attend home inspection, contact a lender, etc. It is comforting to know that more than one person knows what is happening on the sale or purchase of your home. 

Mike prides himself on his negotiating skills coupled with the fact that he is a broker in both NH and MA enables him to move clients from one state to another using the same agent in both transactions. Judy enjoys the thrill of helping buyers find "the right home" to suit their needs so she has concentrated her educational skills in favor of buyers earning her ABR.

We are not afraid to venture where most agents don't dare go. We have sold real estate all over the state of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We have taken clients around our local Seacoast area, to the Keene area, up into Concord area and yes, even as far as Coos County.

Mike has many years of experience working on a local planning board enabling him to help potential clients and customers with subdivision, lot line adjustments, new construction, etc. by navigating the local rules and regulations for his clients. He has also worked on commercial real estate in both sales and leases making good use of his experience with town government.

Judy's years of working with buyers and sellers have honed her skills in finding the right home for her clients and given her the ability to know how to price your home to sell even in a changing market.

Sue says that she would not even think about using another real estate agent because when the chips were down Mike and Judy helped her into home ownership when others said it was impossible.

Kathy and John wanted to sell their home and downsize so they would have no mortgage. Judy helped them make their dream come true when she listed their home, sold it then found the perfect place for them to buy.

Sharon had a home with a sizable lot and she wanted to move and find a home she could purchase with her proceeds. Judy helped her get her home & land subdivided, sold them both then found her a home she could afford and now she has no mortgage.

Darlene came into Judy's office and said she wanted a very specific type of home. Judy found her that home so she listed her current home, sold it then bought her dream home.
