Areas of Expertise

Fixers have been my forte for many years. Helping Buyers spot a diamond in the rough that can be polished with more elbow-grease than cash is a great joy. Helping Sellers put the final polish on their biggest investment to get the most out of it is a thrill. Armed with a big collection of tools and skills honed over decades, I have often enjoyed "hands-on" involvement in the prep work and really enjoy coaching first-time buyers through their first projects.

That said, there's a whole different kind of joy in searching out that rare, perfectly polished gem for folks who just want to unpack the boxes and enjoy life without paint cans and sawdust!

I've lived in Enchanted Lake for most of the past 25 years and particularly enjoy working in Kailua, Kaneohe, Town and Waikiki.
