Who Am I

 

  

Buying or selling a home can be a scary proposition but having these feelings, though normal, can be relieved by choosing the right advocate to represent you.  My name is Judy Glazer and I am a Realtor who specializes in helping people through the stress of home ownership. However, and perhaps most importantly, I work with and truly enjoy the time I spend with my clients.  And to me, that’s priceless.

WHO AM I REALLY?

I am a licensed buyer and seller agent in Maryland and DC specializing in all things Real Estate. I work with everyone from first time home buyers to Million Dollar seller's. I am a life long resident of Bethesda, Chevy Chase and am a proud Rock Creeker! I know just about every inch of Montgomery County and DC and will go where you need me! I am my neighborhood specialist but could just as easily be yours. I do my homework, I don't believe in guess work. You can reach me 24/7 and yes I have a smart phone!

You can work with any real estate agent to find a house.  Judy Glazer will work with you to find your home.  She knows real estate and is very familiar with the area.  She will take the time to find and show properties that interest you. She understands the purchasing procedure and will be there to answer your questions or offer her seasoned advice when needed. 

In our case, we were purchasing after having been overseas for a number of years. We had forgotten much of the process.  Moreover we hadn't moved; part of the family was still overseas so much of the communication, transactions and decisions were held up due to time zone differences.  Then our particular loan vehicle took quite a bit of time to approve.
