I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) .  I started my career in the home staging business in 2004 as co-owner of SpaceLift - A "Face Lift" For Your Home,  a leading home staging company in San Diego, California.  In 2005 I relocated to Richmond, Virginia and ran a very successful staging business there until May 2009.  Now relocated back to San Diego, I'm excited to be staging once again in my hometown, San Diego.

I have always loved art and design and majored in Graphic Arts in college.  As a Navy wife the past 23 years, I have moved 13 times...and always looked forward to the challenge of decorating a new house with the furnishings I already owned (well, sometimes I just "had' to buy that special piece that made the room perfect!).

FULL SERVICE STAGING

Where the real magic happens and the best results are achieved!

Occupied Homes -   We begin with a Walk & Talk Consultation to evaluate the work that is needed, take photos and formulate a staging plan.  A Preparation For Staging Day To-Do List will be provided and once the preliminary work is completed the actual staging of your home begins.  With a buyer's eye in mind, we will enhance the positive and downplay the negative attributes of the property, creating that "wow" factor for a memorable first impression.

Vacant Homes - The process begins with an initial consultation at the property to discuss staging goals, budget and formulate a staging plan.  A staging proposal will then be provided to outline the costs to stage the property, including inventory rental, labor, delivery/set-up, etc.

STAGING CONSULTATIONS

Walk & Talk Consultation -.This is the most basic level of service provided.  We will walk through your home, room by room and discuss what changes need to be made to properly prepare your home for this competitive real estate market.  This is the time to take notes, ask questions and express any concerns you may have.  Sometimes all you may need is a simple Walk & Talk Consultation; however, a few hours of full service staging ensures your property is ready to sell!

Written Consultation - A Written Consultation is available for those homeowners who want a customized action plan to follow. We will preview your home, take pictures and provide you with some informational handouts.  A specific, room-by-room report will be prepared. Should you decide after reviewing the Consultation Report that you would like help implementing the suggestions on the report, Full Service Staging is available.

That's the reaction from everyone who sees our living room for the first time.  Working with Judy Heinrich was fun and informative.  She evaluated the room and then began with furniture placement. She made a tour through the rest of the house, from the attic to the garage, selecting different accessories she thought might compliment the furniture, walls, and window treatments.
