About Us:

My career in the real estate industry has covered real estate sales, title and escrow and finance. I have the experience and knowledge to give you the best possible guidance and service.

 I'm a native of the Santa Cruz area and was raised in Aptos, California. I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in American Studies and worked my way through college by working at David Lyng Real Estate in Capitola. I knew early on that I wanted to make real estate my career, because I was so passionate about it. I got my real estate license at 18 and I've never looked back!

One of the key elements to my sucess is coming from a family that always promoted community involvement and the importance of giving back whenever possible. My mother, Ellen Pirie is the 2nd District County Supervisor in Santa Cruz County. My stepfather, Terry Hancock, is the Directing Attorney of Senior Legal Services, a non-profit here in Santa Cruz. My father, Keith Rogers, is a Circuit Court Judge in Portland, Oregon.

I have spent the past 6 years working as a Mortgage Broker in Carmel, CA, but recently decided to move back to Santa Cruz, which is truly home for me. Another major transition I made was to leave the broker/wholesale side of the business and join Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a retail Loan Officer. I feel that, in this challenging market, Wells Fargo is one of the few strong, dependable banks out there and we are still offering competitive rates and excellent customer service.

Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise are mainly single family home purchases and refinances; however, my company, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, has so many different programs and products, tailored to so many different situations. So, if you need a reverse mortgage or a construction loan, for example, I can with work alongside someone here at Wells Fargo that is an expert in that particular field.

I try to keep as up-to-date on the newest and most innovative technology in the industry and then implement it so that it benefits my clients and their loan process from beginning to end.

I also think that communication is a vital part of the transaction process and ensure that my clients and Realtors stay properly informd.
