Julie, I would not work with anyone but you short sale or otherwise. After our experience and dealings with so many agents, I realize just how valuable it is to have someone that you can trust and count on to really follow through. A friend of mine referred me to Julie Baldino via e-mail and she was quick to get back to me. She got me the forms I needed within hours of our introduction and we met in person within a few days to go over any questions I had, and to review the data she had collected on my area and my house's worth. The next day, she had the online posting ready for review. We had a showing the same day her online post went live, and within 24 hours we had an offer!
We closed on May 25, 2010. All in all, it was a little over 3 1/2 months from start to finish--all of it driven by Julie. A short sale may not necessarily be a happy experience, but with her, it was an easy experience. Would I recommend Julie to friends? A thousand times over. Three of my closest friends have worked with her to sell their houses (including another short sale). You cannot do better-I promise!
