Professional Profile
Julie began her real estate career in December of 1987 and has remained an active, successful full-time Realtor and Broker for the past 24 years. She is a Residential Home Specialist, and when the Central Florida real estate market began to change drastically in 2008 she also obtained Harris Real Estate University’s Certified Distress Property Designation and Certified Luxury Distress Property Designation.
Julie focuses on effectively listing and selling Short Sale properties, REO/Bank Owned and HUD homes, luxury, waterfront, golf course, multifamily, new construction homes, condos, town homes and vacant land in Orange and Seminole counties.
In a constantly changing and challenging real estate market, Julie’s passion for real estate and helping people get what they want remains steadfast. Having extensive knowledge of the Central Florida real estate market, she takes pride in staying abreast of current trends and market conditions in order to provide the absolute best service to clients.
Born in upstate New York, Julie moved to Seminole County Florida when she was thirteen. She is married to the love of her life, a retired United States Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and current law enforcement professional. They make their home in Seminole county where both grew up and attended local schools, graduating from Seminole High. Their interests include time on the beach, traveling, hiking, biking, reading, flying airplanes and riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle. Julie also enjoys snow skiing, health and fitness and just kicking off her shoes to relax after a long day. Together they share the joy of six grown children and five grandchildren as well as ten brothers and sisters and their extended families.
