For those looking to buy a home.  I have alot of great resources to help you search for that dream home.  For my out of town/state clients I send alot of pictures of properties via email.  I also make appointments for my clients and take alot of pictures of the home inside and out and forward them via email.  This makes finding that dream home alittle easier.

For those listing a home with me.  I advertise on the cable channel through goscouts.com.  This is a wonderful way to sale your home, and it continues to run 24 hours.  It can also be viewed on their web site, in the event that no cable is available.  I also have several web sites to advertise on.  Example: www.listedbyjulie.com. I also make beautiful flyers that will be placed in a flyer box at your home.  I also do open houses on Sunday's.
