I have been a Kauai resident since 1976 and have more than 27 years of licensed real estate experience. Over the years, I have maintained an active presence on the Kauai Board of Realtors and currently serve as Chair of the Grievance Committee. I am experienced in all phases of the local real estate market, including commercial, businesses, condo's, vacant land, and residential real estate - and as a seasoned Realtor, I have acquired a strong understanding of the local real estate market and island community.

Additionally, I am one of the leading REO listing brokers on Kauai, specializing in bank and mortgage foreclosures.  I work with various banks and national asset managers - allowing me to provide value to local buyers, first time home buyers, as well as those looking to invest in Kauai Real Estate. In 2001, I was awarded my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation for accomplishments in both experience and education. The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and comprises just 4 percent of all REALTORS®. As part of my focus on maintaining a high level of professionalism, I am also a designated GRI realtor. GRI Realtors are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

 

In 1997, I opened Kauai Dreams Realty, a real estate company that specializes in representing buyers and sellers in the sale of real property. Our office offers Property Management services for the management of short and long term residential properties.  In addition, we also offer Estate Management services for absentee owners of second homes and large estates. Our office is located at 4-1435 Kuhio Highway, Kapaa, Kauai, in the Seto Building across from the Kapaa beach and ball park.
