About Me:

I relocated from Lake Forest Il and have made my home in Fountain Hills since 1995.  Having successfully survived parenting seven children while still pursuing a career, I am accustomed to the "balancing act" required of a professional realtor!

I believe in giving back to my community and have been involved and supported several charity events.  My favorites are COTA (Children's Organ Transplant Association) and Maggie's Place (a local home for pregnant unwed mothers to have a safe haven to give birth and make the best decision for their child).  I love the theatre, dancing, golfing, reading and getting together with friends...old and new.

My approach to real estate is simple. "YOU TALK, I LISTEN....YOUR DREAM, MY MISSION". My management experience with a major airline at Chicago OHARE and Phoenix allowed my customer service orientation and marketing skills to be masterfully honed. I work with both Buyers and Sellers primarily in Fountain Hills, Northeast Scottsdale and Mesa.

My areas of expertise include vacation homes (often 2nd or 3rd homes) , retirees relocating to the desert and lots of "empty nesters." My client base is also comprised of  many single buyers that provide a strong referral base.  I understand and specialize in these niches because I believe that you cannot be all things to all people.  My market knowlege and dedication allow me to provide my clients with a joyful real estate experience.
