I am very happy to be working in Prince Edward County. We've been undergoing significant changes and the possibilities are exciting. A valued tourist destination, there's something for everyone!

About Us:

I've been a Real Estate Sales Representative since 2005, but I'm certainly not new to Real Estate.  I've been a renovator, registered home builder, property manager and have owned commercial properties too.  I pride myself on building relationships with my clients.  My reputation is important to me, and I strive to be fair, honest and to work in my client's best interest. 

I am so fortunate to be living in beautiful Prince Edward County.  For the first time in my life I've found a community that feel like home.  I treasure the relationships I've found here.

Properties in my Area

Prince Edward County is unique in that we have all types of properties in a small area.  I live on the water near Cherry Valley and have for years.  Waterfront properties can pose specific issues and knowledge of what these could be is important for Buyers and Sellers.  Many people move from larger cities and don't realize that rural properties have their own features which can be both beautiful and bothersome!  We have an industrial park as well as a number of small businesses and B&B/Resort properties.

For me, the challenges of working with various property types are a large part of what I love so much about real estate!
