About Us:
JRealty Property Management began by subleasing rooms in 1998 to UCLA students in Westwood. Since then JRealty has been successfully providing property management and other property services for countless individual and institutional landlords with properties located in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
Our client satisfaction rate is extremely high and we consistently receive excellent feedback regarding our services.
JRealty has a $1m general liability policy, a $1m professional liability policy, and a $1m workman’s compensation insurance policy.
We are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (#01857915).
