He oversees the daily activities of the branch, and manages approximately 45 sales associates and operations staff. He also works actively with his sales team to develop new marketing strategies that will help increase brand visibility in and around Yorktown. Jason is also a New York certified Real Estate instructor, graduate of the Tom Ferry Certified Coaching program and the co-chair of the Westchester County Board of Realtor Young Realtors Group. Before becoming a manager Jason was First Time Buyer Specialist.
