About Us:

Real Estate has become a passion for me. Actually, it's the people. I worked as an engineer for many years but was always the guy that the salesmen came and got to talk to the client. I have been in Real Estate for over 4 years now and I love what I do. I would not trade it for any other career and it is about helping my clients. Areas of Expertise

As a referral agent, I get opportunity to work on lots of different things. My primary expertise is residential and have focused on move up clients. We have successfully sold houses in this market and let the owners move into a great house that is worth more and improves their lifestyle and not lose any money on the transactions. They had to give up a little in the sale but they more than make up the difference in the purchase.

Another referral type that I work with are people moving into this area. I have worked with several folks coming in from out of town and found them the ideal situation for their family.

I also work in the commercial venue mostly with buyers. My expeience in industry give me unique skills in negotiating with the sellers.
