I have 16 years in the mortgage industry and 20 in the financial services industry. As a Certified Mortgage Planner, I work with clients to structure their mortgage for their specific needs. Background and Specialties
Because I have been in the mortgage business for so long (16 years) I am very good at a wide variety of niches. I specialized in first-time homebuyers when I got started in the mortgage business and my background in investing helped me to specialize in jumbo loans and investment property financing (I also developed the Wealthbuilder Financial Analysis System to help analyze a client's financial picture and show them how the right mortgage and investment strategy can help them prepare for retirement). Because of the drastic changes our industry has been through over the last two and a half years, my focus has returned to first-time homebuyers and move-up buyers (mostly with FHA and VA financing and some with Conventional financing), though I still do investment property loans as well as mortgages on 2nd / vacation homes. I also have a couple of great options for Jumbo financing including one program that can help a homeowner pay of his or her home in about half the time of a normal mortgage without any change to spending habits.
