We are a full service real estate brokerage located in Oak Park and cover not only the immediate areas of Oak Park, Forest Park, and River Forest, but we are located centrally in the Chicago-land area and also cover all of the City of Chicago and Western Suburbs.
We are tackling the SHIFT in this market head-on and are not backing down! We have the proper training, coaching, consulting, and materials needed for agents to be successful in helping their clients sell their homes and buy new homes. Our Performance Coaching Program, started in our south office last year is seeing gains of over 150% in production with some agents in 2008 over 2007, in a down market!
