My family and I moved here in the fall of 2005, so I understand many concerns that buyers have when relocating to this area.  I have been through the stress of relocating to a different state with my family.  I understand the concerns that you have and I will help you to find the home that is best for you!  I can set you up on a customized home search so that you will automatically receive an email you when a home that meets all of your desired criteria becomes available.  This way you will not miss the opportunity to buy your dream home.  Finding your new home and moving into it  is a very exciting yet strenuous time; especially if you have children.  Let me help you to make it as seamless as possible.  There are so many questions and you need someone who has the answers or at the very least knows where to get them!

My husband and I have bought and sold many homes and I understand how intimidating and stressful the selling process can be.  Because of my personal experiences, I know what sellers are going through. Questions are continually going through your mind.  Is this a buyer qualified to purchase my home, did I get the best price for my home, do I need to adjust my home's price, is this contract going to close, when is it okay for me to start packing and is my real estate agent ever going to contact me and tell me what is going on?  So many questions... I promise to help you through all of them plus more!  I will create a personal website for your home, a "text to" number for information and unique fliers to help market your home as well!  Most importantly I will treat the sale of your home as if it were my own; keeping you informed through the entire selling process with weekly updates!
