Kristina is a graduate from California State University Sacramento with a major in Business Marketing. Her degree established her in the marketing field in the Sacramento area until her desire to be an independent entrepreneur led her to the Real Estate Industry. Cliff Schroeder, not only Kristina's partner but father as well also graduated from California State University Sacramento with a major in Public Administration. Cliff's background is in public service including Police, Fire & Public Education. Additionally Cliff has ten years of home construction background.
