Without judgment, our company’s goal is to maximize your properties potential while working within your budget. Center Stage Design offers many services to make selling your home as hassle free as possible. The goal of staging is to create immediate buyer interest therefore, minimizing the length of time your property needs to be on the market and maximizing the return on your investment. Karen believes in staging it forward so she held the position of RESA Chapter President for the Halton/Hamilton Real Estate Staging Association.

Karen recently earned her RESA-PRO™ Home Staging Designation.

When it came time for my husband and I move we found a great real estate agent who was committed to helping us sell our house. Having never had experience selling a house before I was a little stressed about the process and how much work it was going to be. At the time we had a four month old baby and I worried about how I would ever find the time to get our house ready to go on the market. Luckily, our agent offered us the service of a home stager.
