- I am a Commercial Sales Consultant for the Atlanta and Georgia area. We specialize in retail but do all commercial sales. We currently have shopping centers, gas stations, hotels and grocery stores.
About Us:
I am Irfan Kalvert, I have recently left the US ARMY due to injuries sustained in Iraq. I am currently in school to become a lawyer and plan on getting my MBA. Before joining the military I used to own my own business in Dry Cleaning. I currently work as a Commercial Sales Consultant in the Kalvert Group, which is made up of my brother Imran Kalvert and my mother Farzana Kalvert. My mother is the leader of our group and is very well known in the Indian community. She has organinzed many charieties and fundraisers for the Indian and American communities. She has been in Real Estate for almost 10 years and used to own a chain of Dry Cleaners and Laundromats. As a team we have consistantly been in the top 5 of Keller Williams in the Southeast for the past 5 years. We offer our family run service to other family owned bussinesses with the same profesional results you get from large corperations but with the dedication you only get from a family business. We offer a full service agency by providing our clinets with the services of buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate. We also provide great referrals to agents who give us clients, but we also give free classes to help other agents to break into the commercial field. We believe there is more than enough room for all of us and there is a need for more professional commercial agents.
