My Approach:

I was born to stage homes and have staged over 4,500 of them since 1999--it never gets boring.  I love what I do!  My unique marketing plan has worked well for me and it helps Realtors stand apart from their competition.  I've trained a number of people and am thrilled to say they are thriving as well.  I only have a few rules: (1) sellers are not allowed to be embarassed or to apologize in their own homes; (2) if an item doesn't ADD, it IS detracting; it is never just sitting there doing nothing; (3) sellers should always do the things that cost nothing FIRST because that's more than half the battle and will immediately put their home closer to the top tier of theirTips comps.

Services

(1) Home Staging services, using what the seller owns.  I arrive at each appointment prepared to start moving things around.  (2) Walk-through with typewritten, room-by-room list of recommendations for sellers, if they're not quite ready for staging.  (3) Interior Redesigns for home owners, using what they already own, along with brainstorming a shopping list, creative repurposing ideas for furniture, and nailing down color schemes.  (4) Organization Consultation to help the home flow according to habits and needs.  (5) Move-In space planning, especially useful for downsizing or for merging the households of two families.
