After a 20 year military career, I've been assisting new homeowners just like you for over 10 years now.  After coming here from Korea, I went through the process of being a first time home buyer, and I knew how daunting the task could be when you don't have anyone to guide you.  When you know what comes next, and what paperwork you need to have available, it makes all the difference in the world!

So after retiring from the USAF here at Eglin AFB, I decided what better way to help people relocating to this area, than to assist them with the most valuable puchase you've made in your life.  Let my experience and expertise be your guide and we will have fun in the process.

Client Testimonial:   When we PCS'ed from DC to Eglin I got Karen's name from one of her past customers.  Karen worked with us,with while my husband was TDY and I was at Andrews look at houses.  Due to the time frame, less than 2 months, and the travel situation, husband gone, me at home with our son, neither of us were able to see any of our houses we liked in person.  Karen would go to the houses that we showed intrest in and would take pictures that she emailed to us then she would call me and tell me about the house that I couldn't see in the pictures.  When I found a house that I really liked, she went about setting up a you-tube account to show us video of the house and answering all the questions that we had. 
My situation was a little difficult, my husband was TDY and we could only talk by e-mail and a few phone calls, I put a lot of trust in Karen to make sure that she knew exactly what we were looking for and what price range we wanted to spend.  Karen made sure that any questionthat my husband had was answered promptly and if I had a question she was just as prompt with her response.  I saw our house the night before the closing and it was exactly the way that Karen portrayed it in the emails, phone conversations and the videos. 
I PCS'ed alone, my husband following 2 weeks later due to job issues, and Karen made sure that I knew where everything I would need was located.  She also came over after we had the house for a few weeks to make sure that we were happy with our choice.
Being a first time home buyer I had lots of questions, from everything on how to take care of a septic system to where to enroll my son in school.  Karen helped answer all my questions and for what she didn't know, she pointed me in the right direction.  She made sure that I would be comfortable in my house and offered any help that she could.
Karen helped us negotiatate the best price for our house in Crestview and helped us to secure the financing.  The house was everything that Karen said.  I was very nervous, signing on the house with just a POA and without my husband seeing the house, but Karen helped me thru it, we went out the night before the closing and she walked me thru all of the steps of the closing and answered all of my questions. 
There were problems with the selling agent that Karen made sure were taken care of before the house was mine.  The selling agent was not keeping up with the lawn and the house was not clean per the contract.  Karen contacted the seller's agent and made sure that the house was in contract condition before I took possession.  When I had problems making the seller's agent had the house in contract condition, i.e lawn mowed, house clean and swept, one call to Karen and the agent was at the door with a broom and a vaccume.
I would recommend Karen to you knowing that she is a great person and is willing to go to any length to make sure that you will be satsified in your new home.  She did the most wonderful job for my husband and I when we bought our house.  I would recommend her to you with the highest confidence that she will make your house buying experience as wonderful as ours was and that she will make sure that you are as satsified as we are.
