About Robbie and Karen
Robbie Huntoon has been a Tahoe / Truckee resident since 1980. He was originally licensed in real estate in 1984. He has a Marketing and Business Administration degree from the University of Vermont and many years of real estate experience. He enjoys the challenge of knowing the market and meeting buyers and sellers needs. You will be rewarded with his real estate experience, knowledge, negotiation skills and dedication to finding the right property for you. Formerly a National Champion and ranked in the top three in the world as a professional mogul skier, Robbie has a wealth of knowledge of living in the mountains and mountain property.
Karen Huntoon is practically a native of the Tahoe / Truckee area. She grew up in Tahoe City and left for a short time to get a BS degree at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and later a Master's Degree from UC Davis. Karen taught at UC Davis for a couple of years and then spent 15 years working in the outdoor clothing industry designing and developing outerwear for companies like The North Face. In 2000, she joined Robbie in real estate. Like Robbie, Karen thoroughly enjoys the business of real estate and brings many talents to the table - professionalism, attention to detail and marketing creativity to name a few.
