Hello everyone,
My name is Karen Monsour and I am a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Fort Lauderdale Beach. A1A beach front avenue!!!, Florida. I work all throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami/Dade Counties in Florida. I like to be known as "the positive agent". My philosophy is: "Sales with a Smile!" I have 2 bachelor's degrees in Biology, Nuclear Medicine, and am a CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) and have an extensive administrative background in the Radiology arena. I decided to follow my passion and work full time in the real estate industry and have not looked back. I LOVE REAL ESTATE! Ever positive as all of you know!!!

I am proud to say that I have raised three wonderful children. Amy graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland with a degree in Spanish, a minor in International Business Administration and also speaks Portuguese, and some Arabic, and some French. My son David Monsour (Realtor®, Prudential in Gettysburg, PA) graduated with honors from Gettysburg College with degree in Physics and played soccer. My daughter Ashley graduated from Mount St. Mary's in Md. with honors with BS degrees in Accounting and IT, and a Masters degree in Accounting and is working as an Accountant. She was the captain of her college soft ball team, and in high school was ranked 17th in the state for high school golf. She had a hole in one at 16 and shot a low of 67...then decided to play team sports (soft ball). She's back on the golf course... :- ) I'm so proud of them all!
As for me, I work whenever a customer needs me. In Florida, it's beautiful. Anyone who wants some pictures or who is coming down for vacation and want's a tour, I'm just a phone call away. A previous customer made an offer on a home with me. A week later he was told by the mortgage broker that he needed to sell his home first. The agent representing the sellers of the home we made an offer on gave me a week to get an executed contract on his home (Friday). The following Monday I had an executed contract and Tuesday, I had 2 back-ups...yes July of this year. At our closing, my seller...and buyer said at our closing..."Karen, I just dearly love you...in front of his wife and mother...each of who said..."Ditto"."
