On a Personal Note

I am a native Miamian, who was transplanted to Texas in the fall of 2001 when my husband, took a job transfer here.  It was the hardest move of my life but also the most pivotal.  It took me from the comfort zone of the familiar territory I grew up in and made me branch out into new and exciting adventures.  I thank God for the priviledge and honor of being the proud mom of two healthy, beautiful children.  I want for them to see their mom as a role model and a contributor to our family's life in more ways than just being "mom".  We all wear many hats, but our children need to know that it's OK to learn and grow even as an adult, that I don't know everything and that's all right.  What an eye opener to realize that life is a never ending source of adventures and learning experiences and each day brings a new chapter.

• Verbal consultations  Quick and cost effective for the do-it-yourself homeowner.  Verbal consultations start at $125 for 2 full hours with a professional home stager and $50 for each addtional hour. Recommedations for the exterior and interior areas of the home will be addressed. Sellers are encouraged to take notes and ask questions.
• Written consultations  give the seller of an occupied home a "blueprint" to do the work themselves or hire our team to do as much or as little as they'd like. These reports, generally over 15 pages with photos of your home before staging will identify key areas to address, and recommendations to help you "design your home to sell". Written home staging reports start at .15 cents a square foot.
• Occupied property staging - full staging services for your home using your furniture and accessories.
• For Vacant property staging we utilize rental furniture and accessories to give warmth and definition to an otherwise lifeless property. Most buyers cannot visualize their furnishings in a vacant property.  Most are overwhelmed by a lack of vision.  Rooms appear smaller and each and every flaw is maximized in the eyes of the buyer.
