About Me:

"Developing new agents by sharpening their skills,  heightening their education and enhancing their value to fellow Realtors, their clients and business in particular and to the Real Estate Industry in general," is just part of my mission statement. 

With twenty years assisting lawyers, educating legal assistants and assisting administration in procedures and technology topped with five years in Real Estate sales as part of the mother-daughter team (with mother, Shirley Bargery, a forty+-year veteran in the industry), I am now the trainer for Esslinger Wooten Maxwell's Dade and Broward offices which now total 14! My mother has been in Real Estate since I was ten years old  in four  different states - currently she is in Richmond Hill (Savannah), Georgia. She taught me the nuts and bolts of the business.

 I loves seeing the light bulb go off  and those Aah-hah! moments from the trainees. Real Estate draws individuals from just about every industry, every walk of life and every corner of the globe.  Teaching these individuals is an enormous and welcomed challenge. I love instructing and supporting new agents in their application of the latest technology and as they develop their personal marketing campaigns.  Their success is my success.
