Meet Karen:
I have been in the business of helping people change their lives by walking through challenging, difficult and even fearful events or processes for over 20 years. I have been involved in various facets of the real estate world from general contracting, subcontracting (yes I pounded a few nails on my own!), investing, and land acquisition.
I owned a professional business for nearly a decade before I entered real estate as an agent, and I have successfully completed a Masters in Business Administration. I have a keen sense of markets and business, and a proven track record of successful investments. My education, background, personal and business experience provide a solid base from which I provide superior advice as I guide my clients. I am not your average realtor and you will find my knowledge and commitment to service is beyond compares. I feel great satisfaction in helping my clients make important decisions for themselves about the real estate they choose to purchase.
I have been a competitive skier, dancer and cyclist. One of the joys in my life is performing charitable work. As such, I have been an Award Winning Designer at the International Rotary Festival of Trees here in Vancouver. I love a variety of music, like to knit and live with a cat who occasionally lets me think I own the house!
