I am going on my third year in the business and it has been a learning experience working with each client. I pride myself in being efficient and making sure that my clients understand everything and feel comfortable. I don't want anything left to ponder over, I want my clients questions to be answered, I want them to be satisfied. I am working on my GRI (graduate realtor institute), an elective program, I have half completed the course, I am also going to be undertaking the Prudential Relocation Training program this year as well.
I am also a lifelong resident of the community and try to stay on top of what is happening in the area not just for sales but for the concerns of the citizens as well. I have been a Cub Scout leader and active in my church for years. I am a member of the Blacksburg Middle School PTA.

I am a buyer and a seller agent. It would seem that I have worked primarily with people moving into the area, some first time home buyers, generally in the 200-300,00 dollar price range. However, I will work within whatever price range my clients want to work in~
I have listed properties as well. These were located in the town of Blacksburg and some in the County, all have sold in a timely fashion. I have listed land, residences, townhouses, and am getting ready to list some commercial property.
